After completing the list it was found that the total number of borrowers were 1126. These 1126 borrowers constituted the population for this study out of 1126 borrowers a sample of 120 (11-12 per cent) were selected following proportionate random sampling technique. Data was collected by the researcher himself through personally interviewing the respondents from door to door An interview schedule was prepared in Bangla and pretested to collect the required data for this study. It was found that all the women borrowers under this study were all along regular in repaying their credits. Several types of credits were distributed among the borrowers. Accordingly they repaid all the credits in time. This finding leads to the conclusion that the credit repayment performance of the women borrowers of BRDB (IWP) was highly satisfactory. Proper utilization of credit is important for getting desirable output. The study indicates that 81.71 per cent of the total amount of credit has been properly utilized by the borrowers. This finding leads to the conclusion that the credit utilization pattern was satisfactory. 3. Most of the borrowers (88. 33 per cent) opined that the credit received from the BRDB (IWP) was profitable Although it was difficult for them to mention the extent of profitability of the credit, but optimistically it may be concluded that BRDB (IWP) credit is being utilized at least to some extent for the improvement of it s clients. Cosmopoliteness of the borrowers had positive and significant relationships with the proper utilization and repayment of BRDB (IWP) credit leads to the conclusion that the more cosmopoliteness of the borrowers, the more will be their proper utilization and repayment of credit.
