A study was conducted to have an understanding of the opinion of the adults for organization of rural youth club in two selected villages of Mymensingh District. The relationships of the five characteristics of the adults with their opinion for organization of youth club were also explored. The opinion of the adults included opinion for (a) organization of youth club. (b) cooperation in youth club and (c) participation In youth club. Analysis shows that Age, Income, Farm size and Time spent in Firming of Adults had no relationship with their three types of opinion for organization of youth club. The only other variable Education hand significant relationship with opinion for cooperation in youth club but not associated with their opinions for organization and participation in youth club.

1. To determine and describe the opinion of the adults for (a) organization of youth club, (b) cooperation youth club, and (0) participation In youth club;

2. To explore the relationship of each of the five selected characteristics at the adults with their opinion for organization cooperation and participation in youth club.

Statistical measures as number and percentage distribution, range and average have been used to describe the opinions and characteristics of the adults. Chi-square method has been used to examine the relationships between the opinions of adults and youths and their selected characteristics. Corrected coefficient of contingency (c) was computed to determine the degree of relationship when a statistically significant relationship existed between variables.
