A total of 568 germplasm of 65 crops were collected from 40 upazilas of 19 districts. Among them, 11 germplasm from cereals (Foxtail millet and Maize), 72 pulses (Black gram, Chickpea, Grass pea, Lentil, Pea, Pigeon pea and Sorghum), 19 oilseeds (Black cumin, Linseed, Mustard and Sesame), 36 spices (Chilli, Coriander, Fennel, Turmeric and Zinger), 388 vegetables (Aroids, Amaranth, Ash gourd, Babar shak, Bitter gourd, Bogar pata, Bottle gourd, Brinjal, Country bean, Cucumber, French bean, Indian spinach, German turnip, Jute leaf, Kang kong, Lafa shak, Okra, Tok pata, Pumpkin, Radish, Red amaranth, Ridge gourd, Roselle, Snake gourd, Spinach, Sponge gourd, Teasel gourd, Mia shak, Yam and Yard-long bean), 30 fruits (Banana, Guava, Musk melon, Papaya and Watermelon) and 12 other germplasm (Coffee, Easly, Hugibigol, Indigo, Join, Katrang, Latakestori, Medicinal plant, Teffulgula, Tulsi and Withania root).
