The trial was conducted at Spices Research Centre, BARI Shibgonj, Bogra during rabi 2011-2012. Thirteen different corianders germplasm were evaluated based on their yield attributes and yield. Among the germplasm, significantly the highest plant height (125.10 cm) was obtained from COR015 and the lowest (72.63 cm) was found in COR05. The germplasm COR015 performed better in case of umbel/plant, umbel let/umbel, seeds/umbel let, seed yield (t/ha), (70.57, 5.20, 6.83, 1.85 respectively) over others. Among the line, COR015 produced the highest yield (1.85 t/ha). The lowest yield was recoded in COR09 (0.93 t/ha).The 1000 seed weight was found in COR04 (14.33 g) and the lowest (9.16 g) was BARI Dhonia-1 which followed byCOR016 (9.29 g).

Variety and Species
To evaluate ten available coriander lines in terms of yield and yield attributes.
The evaluation trail was conducted on 13 coriander germplasm at Spices Research Centre, BARI, Shibgonj, Bogra during rabi season of 2011-2012. The experiment was laid out in RCB Design with three replications. The unit plot size was 3m x 1.2m. The spacing used between lines and plant was 30cm x 10cm. The land was fertilized with cowdung, urea, TSP and MP at the rate of 5 tons, 150, 120 and 100kg/ha, respectively. The entire quantity of cowdung, TSP and MP were applied during final land preparation. Urea was applied in two equal splits at 30 and 50 days after sowing. The seeds were sown on 1st November 2011 and crop was harvested on 9th March 2012. Weeding, irrigation and other intercultural operations were performed as and when necessary. Data recorded were on plant height, primary branch/plant, umbel/plant, umbel let /plant, seeds/plant, seeds weight/plant, 1000 seed weight and seed yield.
Spice Research Report 2011-12
There were significant variations among the germplasm in respect of plant height, primary branch/plant, umbel/plant, umbel let/plant, seeds/umbel, 1000 seed weight, seed yield and percent of gall incidence (Table 1). The highest plant height (125.10 cm) was observed in COR015 which followed by COR011 (124.10 cm) and COR05 showed the lowest plant height (72.63 cm). It was found that COR06 gave the highest branch/plant (7.60) and the lowest (3.10) was obtained from BARI Dhonia-1. The germplasm COR015 performed best in case of umbel/plant, umbel let/umbel, seeds/Umbel let, and seed yield (70.57, 5.20, 6.83, 1.85 t/ha respectively) over others. The highest 1000 seed weight (14.33 g) was recorded in COR04 and the lowest (9.16 g) was found from BARI Dhonia-1. The highest galling incidence (36.77 %) was observed in BARI Dhonia-1 where as the lowest galling incidence was found from COR015 (9.26%) followed by COR12 (11.60%).
From our past and present studies we may recommend the germplasm COR011, COR012 and COR015 for RYT.
