The experiment was conducted in Plant Pathology Laboratory at BRRI. All the germplasms were sensitive to R. oryzae-sativae. Highest RLH found in Akuee which was 17.83% followed by Kalosoti (17.79%). The lowest RLH recorded in Balam (12.39%) followed by Agoan (13.0%)

To identify tolerant/resistant sources against Aggregate sheath Spot(ASS) disease

A total of 20 germplasm which were collected from GRSD, BRRI were tested in this experiment. ASS pathogen was cultured on PDA media. Young culture was inserted into tillering stage of the plant. Data of lesion height and relative lesion height were measured 21 days after inoculation.
